We supply several different brands of vacuum drying ovens and forced air vacuum ovens.

In a vacuum drying oven, the thermal processes occur in an airtight enclosure where the desired level of vacuum has been applied using a separate vacuum pump. With a vacuum drying oven the entire process can take place under vacuum or a controlled atmosphere can be created through the introduction of an inert gas like nitrogen. Vacuum ovens can help to vent surface reactions (like oxidation), decontaminating materials (removing lubricants ie.) as well as speeding up the de-gassing process. When determining the process for a vacuum oven keep in mind that you will need to adjust the pump size to meet your needs. This requires choosing the appropriate chamber size, the negative level of vacuum desired, and how fast you want to reach that required vacuum level.

In a forced air vacuum drying oven, the forced, blower assisted airflow configuration offers even temperature control and fast recovery. A turbo blower and heavy duty motor direct air over the shelves and materials for even, constant drying, curing & baking. These ovens are perfect for glassware drying, oxyde carbolization, etc.

Below are some vacuum drying oven applications.

Butane/ethanol evaporation
Moisture determination
Out gassing solids
Aging tests
Plating
Chemical resistance studies
Drying of paper, rubber, and textiles
Desiccating
Dry sterilization
Out gassing liquids
Vacuum storage
Electronic process control
