Welch CRVpro Family

There are nine models of CRVpro available, with free air displacement from 1.8 cfm to 52.5 cfm. Ultimate pressure to 0.0015 torr. The pumps provide high pumping speed to the ultimate vacuum pressure. All CRVpro vacuum pumps comply with local regulations and safety directives as noted by their cUL listing and CE mark depending on model, motor options include 1 Ph TEFC, 3 Ph TEFC, and 1 Ph explosion proof motors.

CRVpro vacuum pumps can be used for freeze drying, vacuum ovens, concentrators, glove boxes, schlenk lines, HVAC/refrigeration service, coaters, backing diffusion pumps and turbo molecular pumps, short path, wiped film, metallurgy/vacuum furnaces, lamp manufacture, space simulation, degassing, vessel/chamber evacuation. CRVpro vacuum pumps prepared with perfluoropolyether (PFPE) for oxygen service are available. 1. CRVpro2 includes qty one hose barb adapter (NW16 to 7/16” ID tubing), qty one NW16 to NW25 adapter, Qty two NW16 centering rings and qty two NW16 hinge clamps and 1 liter of cat. no. 8995P-11 Premium vacuum pump oil.
2. CRVpro 4,6,8 includes qty one hose barb adapter(NW16 to 5/8-3/4” ID tubing), qty one NW16 to NW25 adapter, Qty two NW16 centering rings and qty two NW16 hinge clamps and 2 liters of cat. no. 8995P-11 Premium vacuum pump oil.
3. CRVpro16, 24, 30 includes qty one hose barb adapter (NW25 to 3/4” ID tubing), Qty two NW25 centering rings and qty two NW25 hinge clamps and 3 liters of cat. no. 8995P-11 Premium vacuum pump oil.
4. CRVpro48, 65 includes two NW40 hinge clamps, two NW40 centering rings, and 5 liters of cat. no. 8995P-11 Welch Premium vacuum pump oil. A rubber hose adapter is not included with pump.
5. CRVpro 2,4,6,8 are switch selectable between 115V 60Hz 1PH and 230V 50/60Hz 1PH operation; CRVpro 16, 24, and 30 models are not switch selectable; they are dedicated to either 115V 60Hz or 230V 50/60Hz.
6. Explosion proof motor versions of CRVpro 4, 8 and 16 are rated for Class I, Groups C&D and Class II, Groups E, F &G.
7. Always use a certified electrician for proper installation of pumps with 3 phase or explosion proof motors. Conduit wiring required. No cord, plug, or switch included.
8. CRVpro 48 & 65 require a certified election to connect via the appropriate cable and a suitable motor protection switch.
